Motivation is the key for changing your hurdles to fruitful experiences during you way to success in reaching your goal. Experts have designed a theory called motivational theory and examined under various dimensions and proved that motivating a human continually at all the stages of his life will have a great bang in reaching his goals. This was first put forward by Edwin Locke in the year 1960; this theory states that goal setting is basically linked to task recital. It states that precise and challenging goals along with suitable feedback add to higher and better task presentation. This is included in business management techniques in which a work load from a worker can be greatly derived by imparting motivational activities on him and his activities. Goals should be realistic and challenging for better results from motivational theory.
